Catch Your Breath equips business owners to balance work, life, and wellness

Business owners and entrepreneurs often struggle to prioritize. Between limited time, money, and resources, personal well-being often gets deprioritized.

This six-month long program provides education, accountability, and peer support to the person behind the business. Through a series of community events on financial wellness, stress management, and rest, entrepreneurs learn and practice burnout coping skills and have the opportunity to get dedicated support in the 12-week personal wellness accelerator cohort.
